We have got
some great press leading up to the Absa Cape Epic 2007. A
nice article published in the Ride Mag and then an article
in the Mountain Biker Magazine. Both covered our
preparations for the Cape Epic 2007 and specifically our
Team Subaru West Coast training camp.

We have also
been participating in a case study on
distance
training with technology. Intel is making a promotional
video on the use of technology in modern day training. After
our success so far using the Polar heart rate training
programs and internet technology. The folks at Polar thought
that we would make good subjects for such a case study. We
have been doing some video shoots during our training to
illustrate how and where we train. The film crew will be at
the epic to capture us during the event.
